As we continue to grow, we continue to emphasize the importance of connections among co-workers. Think big, act small is a key a part of who we are and how we show up for one another. We prioritize teams and department gatherings, creating opportunities to communicate, learn, and have fun together. Our leadership team supports and encourages our Culture & Wellness Committee in improving employee health and promoting a fun culture every day. Things like lunch trivia, wellness challenges and karaoke are not uncommon at our office.
We believe in giving back to the communities we work and live in. Our Charity & Community Involvement Committee brings a variety of volunteer events to our office and oversees our Employer Donation Match program. Whether it’s donating blood, packing snacks for the homeless or taking a Polar Plunge, we find ways to make a difference in our communities.
Most people spend the majority of their adult lives at their workplace — and we know that burning some energy is important during the day. So when we built out our new office , we made sure to include some space for people to stay fit, blow off some steam and get their sweat on.
