Barb Borders

Barb joined Christensen Group in June 2016. Her role is Personal Insurance Advisor.Previously, Barb worked for a couple State Farm Insurance agents for 30+ years, where she was an insurance sales representative. She’s also worked for Mahowald Insurance Agency. During her tenure, she held 3 different positions: commercial account specialist, group and individual benefits account specialist and personal insurance specialist.Barb’s focus is to identify the customer’s needs, so she can provide the appropriate products and services. She also focuses on building and developing customer relationships.Barb graduated from Kasson‐Mantorville High School. She’s been licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health since 1989. She also holds her CISR designation.In her spare time, Barb loves spending time with her children, grandchildren, going to the cabin and crafting. Barb and her husband own a Kettle Corn business, where they attend local music venues as vendors. She volunteers at local nursing homes and Anna Marie’s Alliance as a child mentor. During the school yeal Barb works some evenings and weekends as building attendant for the Sartell School District.
