Charlie joined Christensen Group in 2012 and now serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. At CG, Charlie’s primary areas of focus are:
- Client management
- Accounting and finance
- Acquisitions and personnel recruitment
- Investment management
- Corporate strategy and operations
Prior to joining Christensen Group, Charlie worked for NewStar Financial, underwriting senior debt facilities for Middle Market private equity-backed transactions. Charlie currently serves on the advisory board for Ventura ESOP Advisory services, an independent ESOP Trustee company, the advisory board for The Micah Group, a banking software startup, and is a member of Children’s Council in Minneapolis.
Charlie graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Business Management with concentrations in finance and accounting. He is a licensed property & casualty, and life & health producer.
