Kim started at Christensen Group in 2011. Prior to joining Christensen Group, Kim has worked in the employee benefits field for over 20 years.
At CG, Kim works directly with clients, providing support and service with both the renewal process as well as ongoing service concerns, including administration, preparation for open enrollment meetings, and custom employee communications. In the last few years, she has served as Employee Benefits Service Leader managing the service processes and procedures for the Benefits department.
