Micah Salas joined Christensen Group in 2021. Prior to joining, Micah worked seven years as an Advisor for Marsh McLennan Agency and 3 ½ as a marketing representative with Federated Insurance Company. Upon, entering the insurance industry in 2011, he completed a one-year training program learning policy language, risk management, underwriting, claims and learned firsthand how insurance companies operate and what they look for in a quality risk.

Micah graduated from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus. He has also obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Micah and his wife Toria, moved to Texas in 2014 and currently reside in Austin, Texas with their daughter Lucia and mini Aussie Josie.
